A hands-on experience on how to make Italian pizza at home with Secolo Dining’s very own pizzaiolo Roberto Opipari.
Our 8th October Masterclass sold out within a week but fear not! You’ll still have the chance to join us at Secolo Dining in the heart of Sydney’s CBD from 6pm on Thursday 15th October for an interactive (but of course socially distant!) authentic Pizza Making Masterclass.
You’ll start your night with a welcome Campari+Soda before our very own pizzaiolo Roberto Opipari will charmingly guide you through this hands-on experience on how to create the perfect authentic Italian pizza without a restaurant-grade stone oven. You’ll learn everything you need to know about the different styles of Italian pizza, which ones are great to make at home and which ones aren’t, prepare your own dough, and you can pick up to three toppings of your liking.
Enjoy your creation at Secolo Dining after and also take home an ingredients kit for your next home-made pizza. Of course, the experience wouldn’t be truly Italian without a Limoncello as digestif.
Tickets are $70pp and additional drinks can be purchased on consumption, or upgrade your experience and add a 1.5hr beverage package on top for $25pp.
Coming straight from work? Feel free to enjoy a pre-masterclass beverage at our bar before!
All social distancing guidelines will be strictly adhered to and each participant will be seated at their own table. This masterclass is unfortunately not suitable for gluten intolerant diners due to possible traces of gluten being present in our ovens. Vegetarian topping options will be provided.
